3. Pricing and Shipping
Currency and Taxes: All prices shown on this site are in either CA or US Dollars. The buyer is responsible to remit any and all applicable taxes in their respective geographical area. Canadian customers will be charged GST/HST at the current rate and PST will be charged to British Columbia customers only unless a valid and applicable PST exemption certificate or number is provided.
Duty, Customs, Export Fees: There are no applicable charges for all US and Canadian customers. Products are either covered under NAFTA or are shipped from within Canada or the United States of America. Other country’s customers are responsible for any charges according to their country’s regulations and can obtain these costs from the appropriate Customs Broker.
Shipping: Most shipments are made via FedEx Ground where they service and will arrive in 2-4 business days in Canada. Other shipments are Expedited via Canada Post. All applicable Freight Charges are extra. Charges will be shown on Shopping Card transaction form.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information for all purchases made at our website, including your email address, mailing address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
