The shipments are made via UPS and Canada Post. We estimate you will receive your order within 2-4 business days if you are located within Canada, or 4-7 business days if you are located in the USA.

Return Policy
We want to ensure you are happy with the purchase made at our online shop. We don’t accept product exchanges, however, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the returned product is not used, opened, or tested. Products that are believed to be previously used won’t be eligible for a refund.

Cancel Your Order
Need to cancel your Phillip Adam order? Contact us via email and request a cancellation up to the time that your order has been shipped. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
HOW DO WE SHIP ORDERS
Orders typically ship from our inventory located at warehouses in Canada and the USA.
As such, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package. In this case, the packages may arrive on different days. Don’t be alarmed if you receive part of your order before the rest.
